Infinite Hope Pet Adoption Help us help them! Since we are a volunteer, non-profit rescue organization, our primary source of funding is the donations of selfless individuals wanting to do their part to ensure that our animals get the care that they deserve. Any and all donations are greatly appreciated. No matter how small, a contribution towards our initiative can help to ensure that people will not have to give up their animals permanently simply because they are going through difficult times. Your gift will help us pay for food, vaccinations, vet exams, and boarding. For tax-deductible monetary donations, simply click the link below. While under the care of Infinite Hope, all of our rescued animals receive high-quality food, shelter, positive interaction with our volunteers, and all necessary medical care, including: • a complete vet exam Though we are not a shelter, we are fortunate to have a small adoption center at Hope Veterinary Clinic. Please note that we are a local New York City, community-based not-for-profit adoption group. We ask that anyone interested in adopting a new companion visit the adoption center and set up a time to meet the available cats, to ensure a good match for all. All potential adopters are required to complete our adoption application; once an application has been approved, the adopter must sign our adoption agreement. If adopting a kitten under 5-6 months of age, the adopter must agree to spay or neuter once the kitten is old enough for the procedure. Additionally, we require a minimum donation of $150 per cat. This amount represents just a small fraction of the actual costs we incur for each cat and kitten we rescue, and helps us to continue our ongoing rescue efforts. Adoption is a life-long commitment It is not unusual for cats to live 17 to 22 years. Cats are loyal creatures who become attached to their human companions, and are devastated if given up. Please do not adopt an animal if you cannot make a life-long commitment to the cat or kitten in question. Interested?
